REPORTES DE VUELOS Sistema del VasYstem

Se observa ultimamente que algunos pilotos los pireps por VaSystem vienen acompañados de letras, para que exista unificación en dicho reporte a partir de ahora se sigue la pauta de la siguiente manera:

IVAO Y VATSIM

A la hora de volar Callsing CLIXXX  y si es Acav CLI+XXXX ( osea nº de vuelo Real)

A la hora de volar con Callsing serie 800 el Callsing será CLI8XX

VUELOS VUELING ACAV

En este caso, la conexión a la red (IVAO/VATSIM) se hará con el callsing VLGXXXX, siendo XXXX el número de vuelo AC-AV.

Ejemplo:
     VLG1073          LEMD-LEBL
Callsing en IVAO/VATSIM: VLG1073

Callsing en pireps (reportes): VY1073


REPORTE.

El piloto hará constar con que red vuela si es IVAO o VATSIM

Cuando se sufra alguna desconexión, se hará constar en el pirep ""COMENTARIOS DEL PILOTO""" se autorizarán un maximo de VEINTE MINUTOS A PARTIR DE ENTONCES LOS PIREPS SERÁN RECHAZADOS

Se rechazarán los pireps realizados 15 días despues del vuelo. e igual manera cuando estos se realice la modificacion por parte del piloto

Los vuelos reportados con FS KEEPER: Se rechazarán los vuelos con Minima puntuación keeper no alcanzada.

Cuando un vuelo sea rechazado y el validador crea que se puede reenviar, se hará constar dicho error en comentarios del piloto  para facilitar la labor del validador.
 
A la hora de reportar los tipos callsign a utilizar seran::::

- Vuelo operado por la compañia Real en nº de vuelo: XGXXXX (osea el numero de vuelo que usa la real)

- Vuelo no operado por Clickair real: CLI + vuestro indicativo + nº de vuelo del dia

- Vuelo realizado por Callsing serie CLI8XX el reporte será CLI8XX1 y asi sucesivamente

           Asi el primer vuelo del día sera el CLIXXX1, el segundo el CLIXXX2 y asi sucesivamente hasta
           el 9. Si se llega a hacer 10 vuelos, se seguiria con letras en orden inverso, siendo el vuelo 10º el CLIXXXZ, el
           11º el CLIXXXY y asi sucesivamente.
- Vuelo del Clicktour: CT08LXX, donde el 08 sera para este año 2008 .(año sucesivos CT0AÑOLXX) 09,10 etc si se cambia se avisará). donde XX se sustituye por el numero de etapa
Carrera de piloto Fase VFR LETRA =A-- Callsing CLIXXXA asi se distigue quien hizo tales carreras
Carrera de piloto; Fase IFR LETRA =B--Callsing CLIXXXB  asi se distigue quien hizo tales carreras
Carrera de piloto; Siguientes fases C,D,E,...

En el apartado de comentarios de Piloto se puede plasmar el comentario que se desee

Si en un futuro se añaden mas tipos de reporte, iremos informando.

Cuando en reporte manual no encontréis el modelo de avión con el que estáis volando, por favor enviad un email a validacion@clickair-va.com para que el avión se introduzca de manera manual en la base de datos. En el email, deberíais aportar el nombre completo del avión y la identificación OACI del mismo, que es la que ponéis en el plan de vuelo de IVAO.
NO SE ADMITIRAN REPORTES PASADOS 15  DIAS DESDE EL DIA DEL VUELO.

when you have to report a flight the callsings that you have to use are :

-Flight operated by the real company : XG and the real number of the real company.
-Flight not operated by the real company : CLI + your callsing number + nº of the flight you are doing that day.
    So the first flight of the day will be like this : CLIXXX1,the second one CLIXXX2 and always like this until 9 then you should put a letter starting from the end.example: CLIXXXZ for the 10º flight ,CLIXXXY for the 11º flight...
-A clickairtour flight : CT08LXX, where 08 will be the year 2008 (always like this in 2010 will be CT10XX).the XX will be the number of the stage you are flying.
-Pilot carrer: VFR phase letter A =A callsing CLIXXXA this way we can know who made it or not.
-Pilot carrer: IFR phase letter B =B callsing CLIXXXB this way we can know who made it or not.
-Pilot carrer: next stages C,D....

In the box where it sais comentarios de Piloto (pilot comments) you can tell us,whatever you want to.

In the futere if we put any new report sistem we'll give more information.

when in the manual report you don't find the tipe of aircraft you used in the flight, please notified us by sending an email to validacion@clickair-va.com so that we can add it to our data base.In the email you should writte the full name of the aircraft and the ICAO identity,this name it's what you select in the flightplan of IVAO.
